How can I be sure my health is not at risk at work?
If you work around toxic dusts or chemicals, one common sense thing you could do is to be aware of what's going on around you. Are many others starting to have the same symptoms? Is it worse in some parts of the plant? Do people say things get better when they go home? Sellers of dangerous products are supposed to provide warnings. Check packaging and the bulletin board in the work place. A warning should tell you if there is a danger, how serious the danger is, and how to avoid being injured.
